Lessons
Teacup offers in-depth Mt Hood Nordic programs by and events throughout the season for kids and adults of all abilities to get better and learn more about Nordic Skiing but not true beginning lessons for adults. The Youth program is perfect for beginning kids. Local organizations also offering beginning lessons include: Meadows Nordic, REI, Mazamas, and Wy'East Nordic.
