August Roller ski workout schedule: Sundays at 9AM. These workouts are a chance for experienced roller skiers with their own gear to ski with others at various locations between Hood River and Portland areas. For questions, email kelly@teacupnordic.org

Fall...
September 29- November 28: Fall Dryland Program @ various locations in Portland and Hood River Areas. Ski specific workouts on Wednesday evenings, Saturday and Sunday mornings.
October 15-17: Fall Camp- Weekend full of instructional training and workouts, ski prep, tools for self care and recovery, and community! Register here
November 6: Mt Hood Nordic Ski Swap! Hosted by DLR Nordic Volvo Sales. Swap & talk gear, wax, technique. Catch-up with friends. Get the updates on programs, races, venue improvements... (and free beer.)
Winter...
January 8th: Teacup Tea Party! Kick the season off with an everyone's welcome social. Baked goodies & tea plus free lessons for classic & skate offered by our coaches and top skiers.
Tea Party schedule-
12- check in at Cabin.
12-2- lessons and instruction for Beginning classic, Beginning Skate, Intermediate Classic and Intermediate Skate.
2-3 Soup and Snacks at Cabin from Pine Street Bakery and Mt. Shop (thanks!)
4-6 "After Party" happy hour at Working Hands Brewery with Ski waxing demo and Q and A. Outside at their patio.
February 13th: TEACUP CLASSIC race! Check out our annual classic ski race; all ages & abilities welcomed. 15km / 5km distances,+ 2km fun race for 12 and under; Mass start. RESULTS.
March 23nd: She Jumps Women's Day- (rescheduled to March 23 due to weather) a Female Friendly intro to Skate and/or Classic skiing. Free instruction from Mt Hood/Teacup Nordic Coaches. Brought to you by Mt Shop and She Jumps.
March 16th: Vision Impaired Skier Day: Please volunteer to share Teacup with the Washington School of the the Blind.
March 19th: TEACUP SKATE race! Our spring fling on covering some our most challenging trails... can you do it? (Yes you can!) 20KM / 5K; mass start. RESULTS
