Mt Hood Nordic is proud to announce the return of the Trout Lake Summer Camp for U16, U18, U20 athletes.  

Plan on camping for the week, please bring sleeping bag, tent, pad.  

Intinery- general schedule- Breakfast 8-9 AM.  AM workout 10-1. PM workout 3-6. dinner 7PM. 

Monday 7/17-

arrive.  Afternoon Trail Run+ basic strength. 

meal plan-  Welcome dinner.  Hot dog feast, baked beans, salad, Watermelon

Tuesday 7/18- 

AM workout- run with poles+ bounding intervals L5 30sec. 10 2 minutes rest. 2-3 hours total 

PM workout-  Movement analysis and strength with Move Better Chiro. partners. Followed by skate agility roller ski

Meal plan- Breakfast- Oatmeal buffet, Lunch- self serve sandwiches plus snacks, Dinner- Kelly's steak bbq+ roasted peppers, onions, Potatoes+ salad

Wednesday 7/19-

AM workout- Double pole roller ski 3x10 L4- 2hrs total

PM workout- Movement analysis and strength with Move Better Chiro. Followed by L1 run 1-2 hrs

Meal Plan- Breakfast- Oatmeal buffet, Lunch- self serve burritos+snacks, Dinner- Spaghetti+ Salad. 

Thursday 7/20-

AM Workout- Sunnyside Skate TT -2-3hrs total

PM event- White Salmon Rafting trip with https://wetplanetwhitewater.com.  Evening self care session and goals. 

Meal Plan- Breakfast- Blueberry pancakes and bacon.  Lunch- cold cut Sammies+ plus snacks, snacks,snacks. Dinner-grilled chicken and pasta salad. 

Friday 7/21- 

Camp clean-up

Long adventure run.

Goodbyes.

Meal plan-  Breakfast- Oatmeal or Leftover adventures.
