Mt Hood Nordic Fall Dryland Series

Skiing well is all about endurance, strength, and balance.  This 3 part series of workouts is all about giving a foundation of exercises to train strength and balance.  Get a head start on the season by working the muscles big and small used in skiing.  Whether you want to ski faster and confidently this season or just be less sore after those first couple skis of the season, you will find benefit in these clinics.  

Equipment needed- running or trail running shoes.  Strong, performance ski poles between armpit and mid chest length.  Water as desired. 

Led by the Teacup/Mt Hood Nordic coaching team.  

Junior sign up is FREE and these groups be be run separately 

Choose Portland (Saturdays) Mt Tabor or Hood River (Sundays) Jackson Park locations.
